INCOLOY® alloy 825 (UNS N08825 / W.Nr. 2.4858) is a nickel-iron-chromium alloy with additions of molybdenum, copper, and titanium. The alloy’s chemical composition is designed to provide exceptional resistance to many corrosive environments. The nickel content is sufficient for resistance to chloride-ion stress-corrosion cracking.
Incoloy 825 hot-rolled plates are generally nickel alloy sheets & plates products with a thickness more than 3mm - 5mm. Incoloy 825 plate inherits the superior corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance and fatigue resistance of Incoloy 825. In terms of the manufacturing process, Incoloy 825 plate can be flattened and cut from coil, it also can be directly hot rolled from Incoloy 825 billet. Compared with sheets, Incoloy 825 plates have a whiter finish.
